Up today we have the lovely Emma & Neil who celebrated their wedding in their local scout hut just outside Macclesfield. Emma is a brownie leader in the scout hut which is just over the road from their Church. They are both outdoor fanatics and as their venue is surrounded by beautiful countryside, it made for a very special and meaningful place to get married.
These two are all about being outdoors. Neil proposed in the wilderness, after a canoe trip, on a fallen tree. Before their ‘proper’ honeymoon in Mauritius, they headed on an adventure involving helicopter rides, canoeing and mountain biking. Crazy people!
The scout hut was a blank canvas to begin with, not that you would know given the amazing decorating job they did! Blues tones made up their colour palette, with succulents adorning their tables and a cycling/bike theme throughout. Dewi even got a space at one of their tables which is a rare and very welcome treat!
After the ceremony we headed up the road into Macclesfield forest. We love it when our couples are willing to head into the unknown for some awesome photos but these guys were so keen they were practically dragging me. Absolutely in love with brides who jump fences ❤️
Full of relaxed vibes, this wedding was all about celebrating with friends and family. Congratulations Emma & Neil.
